A laser tool, built one piece at a time.

Right now it does a single thing properly: a wave of dots you shape, colour, set moving, and export as a loop that actually repeats cleanly on real scanners. What gets built next depends on what you tell us you need.

Where it stands

An honest account, kept up to date. Being early is not an excuse for being vague about what does and does not work yet.

Working today

  • Dots in a row, column, ring, arc, grid or scattered field
  • A wave through them, with control over height and wavelength
  • Motion that stacks — rotate, rock, rise and fall, sweep, orbit, pulse, squash, spiral
  • Colour: solid, rainbow, two-colour gradient, or a hue that travels
  • Loops that close exactly, with no cross-fade hiding a seam
  • Export to standard ILDA, format 5
  • Saved loops reopen with every setting intact, ready to keep editing

  • A timeline for sequencing several loops into a show

Built for real scanners Each dot is a held beam with blanked travel between it and the next, so slow galvanometers keep up instead of smearing. A meter shows the points per second you are asking for, against the 20,000 most projectors manage.

Your settings are saved, not just the frames Save a loop and it reopens with every slider where you left it. Most editors keep only the rendered output, which means you can never edit it again.

Nothing to install It runs in the browser. Build and preview as much as you like without an account; sign in when you want to save a loop or download a file.
